Mainly there are four aims of nursing education promote health, prevent illness, restore health, and facilitate coping with death and disability.

Medical-surgical nursing is a nursing specialty area concerned with the care of adult patients in a wide range of settings. ... Medical-surgical nursing, this is the largest group of professionals in the field of nursing. Medical surgical nursing has developed from an entry level position to an adult health specialty
Surgical nurses work within the sterile field in the operating room. The main  role of surgical nurse is to set up the operating room for the patient, choose and handle instruments and supplies, hand surgical instruments to the surgeon, and many other duties.

Session 3: Nursing care & Patient Satisfaction
 In hospitals the patient care depends upon team effort of nursing A nursing care plan contains all of the relevant information about a patient’s diagnoses
Nurses do work as part of a team of professional and medical staff that includes doctors, social workers and therapists. Nurse provides care for the sick and they provide first primary health care.Patients are the foundation of any organization. If management provides good facilities and respect them they feel very happy.Patient reaction and satisfaction with nursing care is the most important predictor of overall satisfaction with hospital care. Patients and families want personalized care and service.

Session 4: Primary Health Care & Emergency Nursing
Primary health care services provided by medical professionals in the society.  Health professionals to help you maintain good health, with regular health checks, health advice when you have concerns, and support for ongoing care. Providers include doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. They maintain long-term relationships with you and advice and treat you about health related issues.
THE ROLE OF PRIMARY HEALTH CARE:  Primary health care  is on essential part of health care and its main principles are equity, health promotion and disease prevention, community participation, appropriate health. The emergency nursing is used for those patients who require immediate action to prevent further health problems and stabilizing the health condition till the doctor services availability and close to the patients.
Emergency nurses should be ready to treat a wide variety of illnesses or injury situations.

Session 5: Nursing and Digital Health
Nurses play an essential role in the health care industry because they are primarily focused on patient care. They work in a variety of specialties to help people improve their health and to prevent and heal illnesses injuries. The e-Health is a set of digital tools that are used for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases, as well as patient monitoring and health managementDigital health makes quality healthcare affordable in hard-to-reach areas. Through the Internet connection, anyone can access health services and always be connected to the professional to resolve concerns. Digital health connects your health data by electronic means, so that health information can be shared securely across networks and it will be useful to doctors and patients, doctors easily can access your data and they can provide better treatment to patients  

Session 6: Advanced Nursing Practice
Nurse specialists provide diagnosis treatment and ongoing management of patients provides knowledge in a particular field and support to nurses caring for patients. A registered nurse has additional education and training so they able to identify easily and treat disease advanced practice nurses are licensed at the state level and certified by national the advanced practice nurses sometimes they manage in emergency cases   and their families based on a practice agreement with a doctor Advanced practice registered nurses make more decisions about patient health care and they play key role in managing individual and group care .they also gain the ability to admit patients into health care facilities 

Session 7: Oncology Nursing & Cancer Care          
An oncology nurse is a specialized nurse who takes care about cancer patients. These nurses need advanced certifications and clinical experiences in oncology.Oncology nursing care defines as meet the different needs about oncology patients during the time of their disease including appropriate screenings and other preventative practices,The role of the Oncology nurses; take care for critically or chronically ill cancer patients. Session 8: Midwifery & Women Health
Your midwife is there to provide support during your pregnancy, labor, childbirth, and in those first few days or weeks after your baby is born. The roles and responsibilities of midwives typically include: Providing full antenatal care, including parenting classes, clinical examinations and screenings.
The roles are:
 Examining and monitoring pregnant women.
Assessing care requirements and writing care plans.
Undertaking antenatal care in hospitals, homes and GP practices.
Carrying out screening tests.
Providing information, emotional support and reassurance to women and their partners. 

Session 9: Dental Nursing     
A dental nurse works closely with the dentist, providing help throughout a patient's visit. And they do help in a wide range of procedures from preparing the various materials required and ensuring the proper instruments and equipment are available, to cleaning and sterilizing the used instruments.
They must have some key skills:
Good behave skills, including the ability to work with children and difficult patients.
Computer knowledge
Ability to work well in hard situations
Ability to work well in a team.
Good communication skills.
Confidence and honest manner
Ability to work multi task

Session 10: Gynecology & Obstetrics Nursing
These gynecology nurses work with pregnant mothers and newborns some times to these gynecology nurses called as an obstetrics nurses. a significant part of the work of OB-Gynecology nurses revolves around pregnancy and childbirth; they also work with women with reproductive cancers, hormone disorders and obstetrical and gynecological problems. Almost all OB/Gynecology nurses are registered nurses. Some OB-GYN nurses earn certifications and specialize in labor, delivery, and primary health steps for new baby born, especially in larger hospitals.
Common duties for obstetrics nurses include:
Preparing delivery rooms.       
Preparing patients.
Sterilizing and preparing instruments. 
Caring for babies immediately after birth.

Session 11: Intensive and Critical Care Nursing
Critical care nurses work in the intensive care unit (or ICU) of a hospital assisting critically ill patients. Critically ill patients have life-threatening medical problems that require frequent monitoring, and they generally need tubes to assist with breathing as well as medications to regulate their blood pressure. The ICU could not function without critical care nurses.Specialized nurses take care at the time of patient sick conditions and Critical care nurses need specialized skills and knowledge and must be vigilant to protect their patients from serious complications. In some situations, the nurse must also provide care for patients who are not expected to survive. Of all members of the health care team, the nurse may be the person who spends the most time with the patient and family. they have responsibilities critical nurses Also known as ICU nurses, critical care nurses are trained to use their skills and experience to care for patients who are critically ill and at high risk for life-threatening health problems. Critical care nurse should take care about ill clients from point of injury or illness until discharge from intensive care

No insurance, of any kind, is included along with the registration in any of the events of the organization.

Press permission must be obtained from Allied Academies Conference Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. The Allied Academies is an objective third-party non-profit organization and this conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company.


Requesting an Invitation Letter

For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference after payment of complete registration fee. Once registration is complete, please contact to request for a personalized letter of invitation, if not received until one month before the scheduled date of event.

All the bank charges applicable during refund will be deducted from the account of participant.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to

If, due to any reason, Allied academies postpone an event on the scheduled date, the participant is eligible for a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit shall only be used for another event organized by Allied academies within period of one year from the date of rescheduling.


Postponement of event

If, due to any reason, Allied academies postpone an event and the participant is unable or unwilling to attend the conference on rescheduled dates, he/she is eligible for a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit shall only be used for another event organized by Allied academies within period of one year from the date of rescheduling.


Transfer of registration

All registrations, after payment of complete registration fee, are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if in case the person is unable to attend the event. Request for transfer of registration must be made by the registered person in writing to . Details must include the full name of replaced new registrant, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Allied academies if the person is unable to attend one of conferences.

However, Registration cannot be transferred if intimated within 14 days of respective conference.

The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.

Visa Information

Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.

Allied academies will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.

Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues are not covered under the cancellation policy of Allied academies, including the inability to obtain a visa.


Refund Policy:

If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund policies apply:

Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overhead charges, following Refund Policy Orders are available:

  • Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund after deduction of $100 towards service Fee.
  • Within 60-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund
  • Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund
  • E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Accommodation Service Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies which are applicable when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. If in case the registrant wishes to cancel or amend the accommodation, he/ she is expected to inform the organizing authorities on a prior basis. Allied academies will advise the registrant to ensure complete awareness about the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancellation or modification of their booking
