Biography :

Dr. Patricia K. Amado, received her undergraduate nursing degree from DeSales University (BSN), her master’s degree in nursing education MS(Ed), from Florida Atlantic University and her Ph.D. from Barry University. She is currently enrolled in an FNP program to enhance her clinical expertise. Areas of teaching include undergraduate and graduate courses across the curriculum as well as undergraduate student advisement and mentorship. Her research is focused on areas of breast cancer and creating healthy transition post-treatment. Dr. Amado is also recognized as a speaker in the nursing profession. She has spoken at international conferences and schools of nursing regarding her creation of liminal pathways in transitioning through chronic illness. Her research formed the basis of a concept analysis framework which she is developing to advance nursing practice. Past and present positions include Sigma Theta Tau, Delta Epsilon Iota International Honor Society and are an active member of the NLN and the ISNCC. Her most recent project is publishing her dissertation; The Lived Experience of Women with Breast Cancer During the Surveillance Phase of Recovery: A Hermeneutic Phenomenological Inquiry.

Dr. Roy Rillera Marzo is a Public Health Physician and Research Scholar. Currently, Dr. Roy is the Deputy Dean-Academic and Deputy Head in Medical Research and Ethics in Faculty of Medicine, Asia Metropolitan University, Malaysia. He is a Fellow in the Royal Society of Public, UK, and appointed as an international supervisor of Southeast Asia for the Education Against Tobacco program. He is also an Executive Board of Fight Cancer Global (USA). The last year 2019, Dr. Roy received numerous international awards, such as Global Goodwill Ambassador, Outstanding Leadership Innovation for Medicine, Best Young Researcher Award, and won several times as Best Oral Research Presentation in international conferences. He is also an International Editorial Board Member in 10 international journals in Public Health and Medical Education.

Rebecca Love, RN, MSN, ANP is the Director of Nurse Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Northeastern School of Nursing and an experienced Nurse Entrepreneur, founding HireNurses.com in 2013. Rebecca is passionate about empowering nurses and helping nurses innovate, create and collaborate to start businesses to transform healthcare. Northeastern School of Nursing’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship initiative is to inspire nurses to be transformative leaders in healthcare. Through innovative events, programs, and new educational pathways, Northeastern School of Nursing is transforming traditional nursing education to incorporate innovation, entrepreneurship and business foundations to position nurses as the leaders in healthcare. Gerald C. Hsu received an honorable PhD in mathematics and majored in engineering at MIT. He attended different universities over 17 years and studied seven academic disciplines. He has spent 20,000 hours in T2D research. First, he studied six metabolic diseases and food nutrition during 2010-2013, then conducted research during 2014-2018. His approach is “math-physics and quantitative medicine” based on mathematics, physics, engineering modeling, signal processing, computer science, big data analytics, statistics, machine learning, and AI. His main focus is on preventive medicine using prediction tools. He believes that the better the prediction, the more control you have.

Mustafa ‘Mike’ Z Younis is an internationally recognized scholar and served as a member of the Executive Committee of the International Society for Research of Healthcare Financial Management. Dr. Younis has authored and published over 200 articles, abstracts and presentations in refereed journals and meetings, and has presented at national and international conferences. Dr. Younis has administrative experience as Senior Advisor to the President at Zirve University & Chair of the Department of Health Policy and Management at Florida International University (FL, USA), where he led the accreditation efforts for the Healthcare Management Program. Dr. Younis has a history of playing visible roles on the editorial boards of journals as Chief Editor, Guest Editor and Editorial board member of leading journals, such as IJMR, JHCF, Inquiry, JHHSA, JPBAFM Dr. Younis is a frequent speaker for both academic and professional audiences. His talks often feature his latest research and work in progress, as well as cross-industry trends and strategy implications. He has provided workshops and presentations for worldwide organizations. Dr. Younis is often invited to speak about the challenges in the healthcare industry and other related topics to health economics, finance, and research. He has presented topics, such as healthcare reform, ownership structure, profitability, unit cost, payment system and efficiency in management, at a variety of forums and conferences in USA, Europe, Asia, and Middle East.

Giuseppe Arena is currently working as a Chief Nursing Officer at ISMETT/UPMC Italy, in Palermo. He has published an article related to a new tool for the calculation of nursing workload and patient assignments. He has completed his education in LUSPIO University of Rome International Studies in 2nd level Master in "Health management and management of complex structures", 2011 – 2013, University of Catania with Specialized degree in nursing and midwifery sciences, 2009 – 2011, University of Palermo with Degree in nursing, 2007 and became a Nurse in 1996.

Sam Vaknin is Visiting Professor of Psychology, Southern Federal University, Rostov-on-Don, Russia and Professor of Finance and Psychology in CIAPS (Centre for International Advanced and Professional Studies). Sam Vaknin is the author of Malignant Self-love: Narcissism Revisited and other books about personality disorders. His work is cited in hundreds of books and dozens of academic papers. He spent the past 6 years developing Cold Therapy: a treatment modality for Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). Over the years, with dozens of volunteers, he found that it was effective with clients suffering from a major depressive episode as well.

Responsibility
The organizers holds no responsibilities or liabilities of the personal articles of attendees at the venue against any kind of theft, lost, damage, due to any reason whatsoever. Delegates are entirely responsible for the safety of their own belongings. 
Insurance
No insurance, of any kind, is included along with the registration in any of the events of the organization. 
Transportation
Please note that transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant, Allied Academies will not be liable for any actions howsoever related to transportation and parking. 
Press/Media
Press permission must be obtained from Allied Academies Conference Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. The Allied Academies is an objective third-party nonprofit organization and this conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company. 
Requesting an Invitation Letter
For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference after payment of complete registration fee. Once registration is complete, please contact nursingconference@alliedglobalevents.com to request for a personalized letter of invitation, if not received until one month before the scheduled date of event. All the bank charges applicable during refund will be deducted from the account of participant. 

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to finance@alliedacademies.com
If,due to any reason, Allied academies postpone an event on the scheduled date, the participant is eligible for a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit shall only be used for another event organized by Allied academies within period of one year from the date of rescheduling. 
Postponement of event
If, due to any reason, Allied academies postpone an event and the participant is unable or unwilling to attend the conference on rescheduled dates, he/she is eligible for a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit shall only be used for another event organized by Allied academies within period of one year from the date of rescheduling. 
Transfer of registration
All registrations, after payment of complete registration fee, are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if in case the person is unable to attend the event. Request for transfer of registration must be made by the registered person in writing to contact@alliedacademies.com. Details must include the full name of replaced new registrant, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified. Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Allied academies if the person is unable to attend one of conferences.
However, Registration cannot be transferred if intimated within 14 days of respective conference.
The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.

Visa Information
Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.
Allied academies will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.
Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues are not covered under the cancellation policy of Allied academies, including the inability to obtain a visa. 
Refund Policy:
If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund policies apply:
Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overhead charges, following Refund Policy Orders are available:
  • Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund after deduction of $100 towards service Fee.
  • Within 60-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund.
  • Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund.
  • E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
Accommodation Service Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies which are applicable when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. If in case the registrant wishes to cancel or amend the accommodation, he/ she is expected to inform the organizing authorities on a prior basis. Allied academies will advise the registrant to ensure complete awareness about the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancellation or modification of their booking.
